Der Cache liegt in einem kleinen idyllischem Dorf mit ca. 200 Einwohnern. Der Name dieses Ortes entstand dadurch, dass der Wald der sich an dieser Stelle befand ab"gerodet" wurde.
In diesem Ort befindet sich eine im Jahre 1702 erbaute St.Bartholomäus Kapelle die im Jahre 2002 renoviert wurde.
