A walk along the Ballathie Beat on the River Tay, below the auld hoose!! with views across to Cargill.

On the 6 Oct 2009 a 35lb Salmon was caught on this beat! average size of fish is 20lbs.

The largest "Rod Caught" Salmon was caught on the River Tay by Miss G W Ballantine in 1922!!
