Have you ever been on the way somewhere and all of a sudden, you encounter something that just defies explanation?
Or, you find something that has no reason to be where it is, or is completely redundant and/or unneccessary?
Well I have.

I thought this spot was a perfect example, and was a great spot to place a quick P&G type cache. So, after first getting permission, I placed the cache. (This cache is placed with the permission of Chris A., the operations manager of the business whose property the cache is located on). This should be a fast P&G.
