This cache is located in Oakwood park near what used to be the ice skating pond. It is a micro cache and should be a quick and easy one.
Years ago when I was just a kid we couldn't wait for it to freeze outside so they would fill up this low area with water and let it freeze into a terriffic ice skating pond. They had a Shack to go in and get warm and talk to all of your buddies. We used to go to the top of the hill and ice skate down the hill and across to the skating pond, and immediately get kicked out for the day. Now there is goal posts and they must use it for peewee football or something. Take a pen.
