Another XC drive by cache to encourage a stop on your journey.

You have probably driven past this spot and wondered what it was... Well so have eye..!!! and I still don't know what it is apart from a nice piece of art work... Either that or the ailiens have landed..

I thought it needed a cache to encourage a pic or two and also another break in a journey...
