I have allocated the numbers 1-26 randomly to the letters of the alphabet. The letter values added together give the word values.
Not sure how to rate this one. If you hate Maths, it is a 5+; if you got an A* in your Maths GCSE, then it's a 4; if you did A level Maths, it's a 3; if you can use spreadsheets it's a 2; and if you know the right programming language it's a 1. If it proves to be too tedious, and people are going purple with rage, I will add some pointers on how to solve multiple linear equations.
