Cache is NOT at the Posted
Coordinates. You can try, but glug, glug, glug!

So, a puzzle cache. Big deal, this one is about as easy as AbSIRD. The final is a PNG, not some major bushwhacking adventure using up space in a Park. Totally useless spot. You can thank us later.
Norbert and Wesley (strange names) are new with our company. We make Widgets. In fact, if you have read any Management Books, lots of companies seem to make Widgets. I have yet to see one on sale somewhere. This may also explain our lack of revenue.
We decided to place a cache at a location based on Norbert and Wesley’s Widget production. The graph depicts their production. They are useless, inconsistent, and should be fired. Unfortunately, they joined the Union and we’re kinda scared to even approach them. Also, their numbers cannot place a cache anywhere, so we gave them another week to up their numbers. However, since we did not discipline them the first week (our bad), the Union told them they could do exactly the same amount of low level production for their second week as they did for their first week and they would not be disciplined or terminated.
Despite having the Union on their side, it turns out they are not only lazy, but after chatting with them for as long as we could stand it, they are quite backwards. Yup, backwards.
You should be able to figure out what we used for coordinates. Good luck.
