You are looking for a preform tube about 6 inches long hidden near the Stewartstown VFW. It has a log and pencil but will not hold much else. Muggles prevalent, please use stealth. You don't have to look under rocks or bricks or anything. Don't move things looking for this cache.
9/27/2010 There have been a lot of DNFs on this easy cache, so I'm adding a hint. I think many of you are overthinking this one. I do that all the time.
