It is not recommended for those with knee/back problems as you are required to scramble down. Hence the terrain rating.
Strollers and wheelchairs aren't recommended (they maybe parked on top of cache) but since a short scramble is required not recommended!
The cache currently contains a pencil, but it never hurts to bring your own just in case.
