There are holes in the view!
The listed coordinates will take you to a spot with a fantastic view over Cape Town's Southern suburbs. The view can be seen in the picture above but there are Holes in the View!
To find the cache, you must stand at the viewing spot and look where the holes in the view are (binoculars may help, but I used the naked eye) :
At 1 :
How many thatched roofs can you see?.
Let the number of roofs be A.
A = ?
At 2 :
How many large structures are there.
Let the number of large structures be B.
B = ?
Now you must find a film canister micro, which contains the coordinates of the cache and a hint to hep you find it.
The micro is hidden at:

E 018° 25. (B + 1) (B x 2) (A-1)
