Geocache Description:

The first stage of this two stage cache is located at the listed coordinates. You must figure out the coordinates for the actual cache by studying the historical plaque located on the side of the building at this spot. The information required to solve for the second stage coordinates can be obtained by reading the plaque and plugging in the proper numbers:

A= The last number of the year that the sole survivor of the
original colony attested.

B= The number of letters in the name of the county where the
Indian Reservation was.

C= The number of letters in the name of Chapter No. 840

Once you have found the missing coordinate numbers, be prepared for a short walk through the downtown area to the actual cache location. So wear your walking shoes and watch out for traffic!
