This cache is a sequel to the "power of community events". Parking is great but I'm sure at some times there will be a muggle problem to watch for. No tools needed except BYOP. Please be sure to place cache back "exactly" how you find it. Cache is not in the bricks or rocks, please do not disrupt that area.
