A small cache placed along the route of the Penicuik Dalkeith walkway
I enjoyed a windy Autumn day when I originally placed this cache but don't limit your visit to the prettiest season, the route can still be appreciated at any time of year whether by foot or bicycle. Access can be had from various points along the route which is marked on any recent Ordnance Survey map, additionally, a map can be downloaded and printed off from the local government website. Wheelchair users may require assistance with access as well as retrieving the cache. Cache is now a micro thanks to the resurfacing work having destroyed the previous hiding spot, please re-hide carefully.
