I actually placed this in June but didn't publish until I'd placed a couple more along the route
I enjoyed a windy Autumn day when I checked the location of this cache but don't limit your visit to the prettiest season, the route can still be appreciated at any time of year whether by foot or bicycle. Access can be had from various points along the route which is marked on any recent Ordnance Survey map, additionally, a map can be downloaded and printed off from the local government website.
The terrain rating for the last few metres may be considered to be about a four or five by some people as a fair bit of agility is required, and I must stress DO NOT WALK ON THE FALLEN LOG!
The Gps was only giving accuracy of 3 metres under the trees so let it settle down and mind the drop into the burn- stout footwear recommended
