sassydil: Not sure what is going on with this one. The cache was replaced less than a month ago. The finder today said "found the log rubber banded to a branch". I went to GZ shortly thereafter and found the bone camo but no inner container or log. Checked the 2 nearest bushes and there was no log at either one of them, rubber banded or otherwise. There was never a rubber band associated with the cache. I removed the camo and will use it at a different location. Thanks to all who searched.
