Geocache Description:

This cache is located at Sawhegenet Falls Park Recreation Area in Bridgewater. Bridgewater's town beach is here.

There is a beautiful trail that follows the Pemigewassett River.It's a snowmobile trail in the winter. Also great walking year round in the winter the trail is packed.
Parking up on River Rd. N 43.40.946 W071.39.140.or you can park down the drive, but is says for Bridgewater Residents only. We have been parking there for years. I think the residents only is for the swim area.
From Rt. 104 take River Rd for 5 miles and the Park is on the right. This cache is a gas saver for The Sky's the Limit GC209NB. I made this a 3 on terrain because it is close to the bank of the river. The walk there is easy a 2 on terrain. Watch the kids and your step. Happy caching.
