The cache is full of assorted goodies... Take something if you like, and leave something better.
A rough guide to find it is to follow the blue trail until you are ~50 feet(estimate) away from the cache, you'll then have to break off the trail and hunt for the cache.

Tory Den is also in the area. Its a set of ledges/nook and crannies that the Tories hid out in from the Patriots. Its off the yellow dot trail.
Looking where to start/park? I parked on Greer Rd in Burlington. The blue trail follows the road then goes into the woods by the swampy pond.
