You can pull right up to it, but be sure to be safe, and park off of the street.
To get credit for finding this jeek, you must go to the first stage at the listed coordinates above. Then find the device that dispenses the coordinates for the second and final stage. You must use a mirror to be able to read the coordinates.
Walk a very short distance to the second and final stage and use your geoskill to find and open the container which contains the log. Bring your own pen.
NOTE: You must bring a mirror to be able to read the coordinates.
DOUBLE NOTE: Please do not touch, remove, detach, pry off, take apart, disengage or otherwise vandalize the proprietary coordinates dispensing device. You might be tempted to if you did not bring a mirror, but please don’t. Go get a mirror.
