A cache is placed at one of flowerbeds on the FLOWER ROAD, SANNOMIYA.
As you come out from JR Sannomiya Station heading south, you will see flowerbeds almost everywhere on the pedestrian walkway. Yes, this is the FLOWER ROAD. No wonder!
Come down on the west side of the road. Now the coordinates correspond to what appear on the Google Map. Better to read hints as GPS signal may be bumpy and jumpy, here.
