This catch is located right off the old K parking lot. Your looking for a small Black container slightly taller than a film canister.
There is a fence around this area so the only way to get there is by parking at K. The catch is loose enough (you'll see) to remove and put back. There is a TON of trash in this area, if you have a bag on hand you could easily just take it to K's Trash cans near by. Thank you guys and please enjoy.
