Performance Benchmark Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

mellers: I pop by here every so often to see how things are progressing, but we're no closer to being able to access the answers for this multi. In addition, I've also spotted that this listed building is now to be converted in to private dwellings. This means that whenever it is finished it's not going to be easily accessed by members of the public any more.

I think I have no choice but to archive this cache - my first one that I've had to say goodbye to. Shame [;)]. Thanks to everyone who visited and at least it opens the area for a new hide.

Geocache Description:

These coordinates are not the location of the final cache. This is an easy, off-set, micro cache in a semi-urban area. It is a 35mm film canister which contains a log and a small pencil. There is an area for parking cars adjacent to the building found at the above coordinates. Please take care when replacing the final cache to ensure it is securely, but accessibly tucked in to its hiding place. Some stealth may be required to avoid the attention of local dogwalkers.

This is a companion cache to my first hide; Approach the Bench GC1Z8AE. I’ve chosen this location as it’s one that Team mellers has fond memories of, when used by Bench Theatre as a rehearsal space.

Formerly known as the South East Hants Drama Centre, the building was originally constructed as a school in 1868. Indeed, its first use can be clearly seen from the distinctive architecture. It was most recently converted to include a studio/performance space for theatre workshops and dance classes and was re-opened in 1985 by HCC’s Education Dept as a drama centre. It became a listed building in March 2009 and is currently used as an annex of The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre (formerly Havant Arts Centre).

This is an off-set cache. Solve these clues (the answers for which can be found within 50 metres) to obtain the coordinates of the final cache which is less than a mile away and accessible from public property.
