A fabulous spot with a great view on a clear day.
There’s so much to look at, with Katikati township nearby and the Tauranga Harbour stretching from Mount Maunganui in one direction to Bowentown in the other. Mayor Island is visible too.
Access can be gained from here into some of the tracks in the Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park.
This location is such a good Bay of Plenty spot, a cache needed to be relocated here.
Cache is a black taped one litre sistema with logbook, pencil and tradeables.
