Well, it's not THAT high. I'd estimate it at most only 100 feet above the level of the parking lot.
If your GPS shows elevations, put the elevations of the parking lot and the hilltop in your log.
If you're a photography or aviation buff, check the Lansing airport's website at (visit link) for arrival times, and try to time your visit to be here a bit early. Look for the "Flight Status" link at the top left. If aircraft are approaching from this side of town, they will look like they are only a few hundred feet above you!
update - 4/3/2019 - the container is now a plastic jar about 4-5 inches across, and maybe 10 inches long. Please secure the lid well to keep the contents safe and dry.
