BoydChicks: I believe this location has been discovered by muggles and the cache has already been moved from another location and replaced so I think it's best to put this location to rest.

Come enjoy Ronald Reagan Park and grab a few caches while you picnic, BBQ, play basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball or just stroll. Cache is a 1 inch vial. Park was renamed on July 1, 2011 from Toyon Park to Ronald Reagan Park. 2/2012 Charlie's tree disappeared so cache has been moved.
