Camouflageus Cacheia Traditional Cache
Alpinebobl: Bummer. The new No Trespassing sign is one tree away from the prize. What they really don't want is people camping down by the river or camping along side the road. It has been a problem for years. I doubt anyone would really have an issue searching for this, but I'll archive it for now.

Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Masqueradeus Obscuria
Class: Sneakus Stashi
Order: Disguiseus Wellus
Family: Evilia Concealia
Genus: Hydus Blendinus
Species: Camouflageus Cacheia
You're searching for this rarely seen species of the animal kingdom, known to inhabit the lower reaches of only one Jeffrey pine tree near the Truckee River, in the Eastern Sierra. A Pinus Contorta (lodgepole pine) is quite near the home Pinus Jeffreyi that Camouflageus Cacheia inhabits. Look for C.C.'s skinny little brown tail and pull on it, and abracadabra presto change-o, you'll have C.C. in the palm of your hands.
(Plenty of parking along side the road here. The cache is down the little hill next to the road, to help give some privacy in your search. Terrain is perhaps a bit overstated. The Truckee River is just a few paces further with a fairly private setting due to the screening of the foliage. This cache is meant to be a challenging hunt in a small finite area. The first few finders had to search three trees...kudos to them. Just pay attention to the Jeffrey on the steeper bank...it is the one that is closest to the road.)
XXL congrats to Renoraiders for FTF after four plus months of DNFs....most excellent!
