Cache is located in a secret garden in the South Coast Botanic Garden. Entrance to the garden is on Crenshaw Blvd. Hiking trails take you to the cache, no off trail hiking is required, although some of the trails are unpaved. The garden is a beautiful location for a hike!
The cache is a Altoids tin painted matte black.
Original contents include: Log in scroll (you must bring a pencil to sign in the log), 3 buttons, 4 halloween stickers, a spider ring and 2 skull rings.
The cache is located under light tree and shrub cover, but we had no trouble getting GPS readings.
The garden's hours are 9am-5pm.
Admission fees are in effect, but the third Tuesday of the month is free!
The garden is closed December 25, Christmas Day.
