It is a canal built in 1655. It flows from the Kodaira city to Shiki City. This canal enriched "Musashino" plateau where water was scarce. It was used for the drinking water and agriculture. Water as beautiful as the clear stream flows.
Cache is in the Shiseki park near Heirinji-Bori watershed from the Nobitome-yosui canal. 野火止用水路は１６５５年に開削されました。東京都小平市から埼玉県志木市まで流れています。 乏水地だった武蔵野台地を潤し飲料水や田用水として使われました。まるで清流のような美しい流れです。 キャッシュは野火止用水路から平林寺掘が分水する場所にある史跡公園内にあります。公園の西側に分水点があるので訪れてくださいね。 武蔵野、新座の街並みを楽しんでいってください。
