Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but IS located within two miles. Solve the 45-step puzzle to obtain the cache coordinates.

It is sort of a tradition around these parts to hide a 45-part cache; so here's mine.

Special notes about the 2009 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. Because certitude may not properly account for joint solutions, please email me team member names in the case of team solutions to ensure proper point accounting. All "point" scoring is arbitrary anyway, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and mostly meaningless (unless you really want to be awarded a certain bottle of wine at the December event). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special notes about this month's puzzle: The URL-changing puzzle has been around for many years and is somewhat famous for being one of the first uniquely browser-based puzzles on the internet. Many of the steps will be easy. Some may seem to be very difficult. However, I have faith that somebody will manage to find a way to the end before I release hints on the 15th. Somebody always does. Have fun!
