This is our third version at the "Happy Birthday Park" cache.
The first version was taken down because it's tree hiding place rotted away. The second version was taken down when the park's "furniture" kept moving around and the cache finally disappeared.
This version is in a more substantial structure and should not disappear because of weather or reorganization of the park. The difficulty rating of "3" is based on the how busy this park gets in the summer. If you search during a rain storm or on a colder day, it will be much easier.
Officially, the park is officially closed from dusk to 6am so no night caching is recommended. The closest entrance is a neighborhood access point right near the cache location with an opening in the fence that does not have a gate.
There is easy parking and even a bathroom nearby.
