Shin-Osaka Development Monument

A tiny cache is placed near the monument to commemorate development of Shin-Osaka area.
Shin-Osaka means New Osaka. The name came from a new station for the Shinkansen --- bullet train ---. On October 1 of 1964, 10 days before the Tokyo Olympic Opening Ceremony, the bullet train started its service between Shin-Osaka and Tokyo.
Since then, the area around Shin-Osaka has been developed as a new business district in Osaka as well. To commemorate such development efforts, a stone monument is found near the entrance to the MIYAHARA parking garage underneath the modern complex.
A very small cache is placed, ---yes it's correct to say "placed" but "not hidden" ---- near the monument.
Absolutely nothing but a small log sheet in the cache.
Have fun!
