Restin' in
Bethel Cemetery
Another in the Restin'
series. This cemetery is a very old pioneer cemetery and has a
great view off to the north.
The "Restin" caches
are a series of microcaches that take you to beautiful and some
times forgotten cemeteries throughout the area. We introduce you to
these cemeteries as a way of exploring the local history, and those
who were early settlers here. While visiting we hope that you can
reflect on their lives and contributions to the communities that
they helped build into where we live today.
Please respect their resting place and ensure that extreme care is
taken during your visit.

This used to be the site of the Bethel Church. It was closed and
sold in 1957. Only three stones remain and it is not known if there
were others.
