This is a very small cache but the attraction is the wood & rope swing just a few metres away.
This was originally placed Oct 2008 but I only got around to submitting it a year later! Its was in fine shape, though having taken a tumble or two but had to be replaced in 2015, 2016 and twice in 2020. It is looking for some young swingers.
NOTE it is in a big tree and can only be reached using a tool like a stick at least 1m long and preferably with a small 'Y' at the end. There are some available in obvious places or you can fashion them from local materials if you do not bring your own. Careful that it does not hit you on its way down if it falls.
Putting it back is the harder part to ensure that it will not fall out and that it stays in place.
This little bit of land is on NCC property, although the swing is maintained by one of the owners of the nearby houses.
Swinging
