RECENT LOGS SHOW THAT THERE ARE SPIDERS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE CACHE TAKE CARE !
This weighbridge was used for many years by the trucks carting Barytes from not only the Bunkers mine but from the smaller independant mines near Mt Carnarvon. The barytes was transported to Quorn where it was crushed for sale. It was always a spot to catch up with people, get the mail or messages left inside and also to have a wash in the nearby tank.
