After severe flooding we had to move the GZ for this cache and have left a metal tag at the co-ordinates given with the co-ordinates for GZ. Make sure you can punch them into your device to find the final location. It is just a short walk away.
The reason this is a multi is so that you can walk down the track (which heads N from the NW corner of the parking area), and see the creek and the swimming area.
This Babbling Brooke cache is located in one of our family's favourite places. Our children have wandered up and down this little trail when small when we were camped nearby. This trail led down to some nice little swimming areas that were a lot of fun for the kids. There are plenty of trees to mess with your gps, but it shouldn't be too hard for the cacher to find if in a reasonable area. After heavy rain do watch the safety of your geokids near the water, otherwise they will love the adventure, the walk, and if warm - a swim even but remember the safety of your children is your responsibility. If there's been heavy rainfall the water may be moving very fast and be unsafe. Before or after you find the cache walk further along the trail to admire the babbling brook and see the areas for swimming.
There can sometimes be muggles in the area if the weather is warm and particularly during holidays or weekends. So just be prepared to have a purpose if needed. Please rehide the cache at GZ well so it can't be spotted by those not in the know.
