Geocache Description:

A relatively quick find along Rt. 11 east of Danville, at a welcoming spot in a welcoming community. The terrain is fairly easy except for climbing a small hill up to the abandoned railroad bed (which will someday participate in the "rails to trails" initiative).

Cachers will be welcomed to this spot by the traditional "Welcome to Danville" sign, reminding us that the town was established in 1792. Every town has one of these, and they seem to encourage cachers to hide stuff nearby. Terrain rating is for the climb and for fallen trees and branches one will need to nagivate. By the way, don't step too far to the north... it looks like a long slide. ;-)

You'll understand the name of the cache when you see the container. Room for a few things including a coin or TB.

Congratulations to ToTheMaxTimesFive for the FTF (and the prize of a 2009 Groundspeak Lackey coin). They got it in the dark without falling over the embankment!
