The cache is placed in a wooded area. Very uneven ground in places and not for buggys, but great for walking dogs.
Shrub Hill Common is in the middle of Hemel Hempstead and is considered a local nature reserve. It covers 7 acres and dates back to 16th or 17th Century. It provides a mixture of grassland, woodland and hedges. It's possible to park on the road quite nearby but since this is a residential area please park considerately. You are looking for a small plastic cliplock box with room for smll items. If found, please replace carefully so it does not go astray (as previous caches appear to have done).
