Geocache Description:

The Otsu Port is located at the south end on the Lake Biwa, the largest lake in Japan.

How about taking a Cruise Ship on the Lake Biwa? You can board the Cruise Ship here at Otsu Port. Coming down here and looking at the lake is fun enough.

A tiny cache is placed in a beautiful park in front of the piers.

This is one of four caches for celebrating the 1st Otsu Jazz Festival 2009, Oct 31 and Nov 1. (visit link)
