Geocache Description:


Nearby Ebenezer Church is Australias oldest, having been established in 1809. Previous to this, the first noted service held in this area was in 1803 underneath the large tree directly opposite the church grounds (this is by now simply a large stump, but you get the picture!!!). This is a lovely quiet place to contemplate, with a small park nearby, the river mere meters away, and very few, if any, people around during the week.
Please bring your own writing implement, and above all, please don't damage the trees, there is absolutely no need!!!!
