Geocache Description:

The above co-ordinates relate to the suggested point from which to start this cache search.

The most direct route entails a short walk starting at the Myrtle pub car park before heading towards the ringroad via Parkside Road.
Then, after taking in one of the many public footpaths and bridleways in the area, you will emerge from the woods and into the Woodlea estate on your way towards the cache, which is located close to the starting point.

This area of Leeds was once famous as a quarrying area. The evidence of which is everywhere.

The answers to the clues can be found carved into stone at each location.
Find the answers to the clues, then do the maths to reveal the location of the final cache.

The cache is a 470ml Lock 'n' Lock box containing a log and pencil and has room for bugs etc.

All co-ordinates given are averages, and several are under tree cover, but the clues are in the questions.

The route ascends and descends some steep hills, and can be muddy and slippery all year round.

The area is popular with dog walkers, horse riders and mountain bikers, so please be discrete when retrieving the cache and rehide it well.
