It's not a clever hide. It's not an interesting container. The sole purpose of hiding this cache is to bring you to one pretty spot that I pass several times a week.
Try to come when the weather has been wet to get the most from visiting this cache. During a dry spell it may look like some slightly damp rocks. But after a couple of days of rain, it comes to life again.
Please note that the view is from a public place, but the waterfall itself is on private property. Do not walk over to get a closer look -- you would be trespassing.
Night caching is possible, but the view is better in daylight. ;-) Parking along the road is somewhat dicey, as the shoulder is narrow. There is a good pulloff just uphill from the cache where Pole Bridge Road makes a near-right-angle turn.
***Congrats to TazD on FTF and to HFJohn for being the first to log the view!***
