From this location you can get a good view of Abu Dhabi Mall
The difficulty is a little high due to the lack of parking in the area and the copious quantities of Muggles

If you are on the right level and walking in the right direction this cache is fully visible.
However due to the structure you may have difficulty in getting a good position fix. So the spoiler pic will show you the way.
