Geocache Description:

Another in the End of the Road series.

Welcome to Buddy Butts Park. Come see the whole place.
Buddy Butts Park was formerly Waterways Experiment Station. The army used German prisoner labor to construct a scale model of the Mississippi River Basin here during WWII. The wooded area behind the park used to be part of Mississippi College, now just old roads, trails, etc.. People come out here occasionally to walk dogs, etc... plenty of nearby parking. Gates ar closed at dark30 every night so dont get locked in.
