I placed this cache for the 2009 CITO event at Billy Dreher Island State Park. There is an entrance fee of $2.00 or you can use an annual pass for admittance.

Cache is located near the nature trail.

Pick up some litter and log a smiley by finding this cache along the way. Cache is a small container that holds a log book and a few small trade items.
