Arbor Ridge border cache Letterbox Hybrid

This cache has been archived.

jcacher15: It did look like public land when I hid it. I thought about getting permission, but I decided to let this one go. Although it's near my house and thus can be easily maintained, this cache has experienced many more problems than my average cache. I went by today to pick up the container (which was the 4th one I placed in this location) and the stamp was gone. I met the supposed land owner on a walk a few years back and he does seem like an understanding person. I don't think it would be too hard for a future cacher to get permission for them to hide their cache there. Thanks to all those who found it.

Geocache Description:

A fairly easy cache on the border of two different neighborhoods.

Probably one of the easiest I've ever hidden. If you're doing this as a letterbox, bring your own ink, or just color in the stamp(which I made using an eraser and a knife) and stamp the logbook. There are two logbooks in the cache, one for geocaching and one for letterboxing. Great area for CITO.
Try to cover it up when your done.

If you choose to do this as a letterbox, here are the clues.

First, locate 124th Ave NE.
Second, go north (Most likely) If you get to NE 173rd PL you’ve gone too far.
Third, locate a neighborhood called Winchester hills. (You can also get there from another neighborhood called arbor ridge which is a bit farther north.
Fourth, Follow the main streets through the neighborhood.
Fifth, park when you find a storm water drainage pond (The pond is fenced off)
Sixth, the letterbox is across the street near the neighborhood watch sign.

Congratulations to _shadow_ for being the FTF!
