西營盤 Sai Ying Pun, located on the Western part of the busiest Hong Kong Island. Based on Wikipedia, this western part of the island was a military holding base for the English during colonization. Now they are all gone and only the locals remains. However, some information about this area can be found on Wikipedia:

GZ is an interesting place that reminded me of San Francisco eg. (visit link) . Visit this site and you'll understand why. Do not come during a heavy downpour or you'll face a stream/waterfall! During the normal days, you'll encounter a constant waterfall flow of human so stealth techniques are definitely a must.
You can use public transport such as the Trams, buses, mini buses or taxi to get near to GZ and walk over, the terrain difficulty will varies according to your approach. I usually visit on foot from Sheung Wan.
You are looking for a brightly colored micro container hidden from direct sight. Bring along your writing tools.
