Geocache Description:

This installment of the I Hate Puzzles Series finds us in New Haven, very near to the new State Police Barracks, hence the Blue Light Special.



The offending puzzle is the third installment in the IHP Spawner Series.

This is a busy stretch of road, so be careful entering and exiting.

There is a whole lot of guardrail here, but if you know me by now, it might not be there!
