Fadden is a suburb with excellent bird life. In my time living here I have seen and photographed Sulphur Crested Cockatoos, Galahs, Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos, Little Corellas, King Parrots, Eastern and Crimson Rosellas, Ground Parrots, Peewees, Currawongs, Magpies, Crested Pidgeons, Rainbow Lorikeets, Pied Butcher Birds and even a Bower Bird. But my favourite is the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo.
Occasionally a sick one shows up and eats out of my bird feeder. To solve this puzzle look at the photos from my own personal collection below and answer the questions.

But it gets worse. This is the worst one I have ever seen and the first affected bird I saw. My initial thoughts were that is was just very old, but unfortunately it is not the case.
