Onda Motoishikawa route of Yokohama-shi planned more than 15 years ago.
A part of route is not opened to traffic yet.Here is the one of them.
This cache is near the dead-end point.

Please look at the road.

横浜市の恩田元石川線は15年以上前に計画された道路です。
一部がまだ開通していません。ここもその1つです。
キャッシュは行き止まりの近くにあります。
この橋の名前は富士見橋ですが、残念ながら家が建ってしまったためにここから富士山を見ることが出来ません。
まだ出来ていない道路を眺めてみてください。
