Please join GCINOHIO and MVG for our Cachers Carry-In Holiday Party along with an optional gift exchange for both children and adults. This is the day for all cachers and their families to slow down and spend special moments with your family and friends. Come one, Come all and enjoy this festive season with all the fine food and entertainment guaranteed to capture and delight the young and the young at heart. We look forward to seeing you all there. We are working on a puzzle solving presentation and a Gsack presentation. GCinOHIO & MVC will be furnishing the turkey, ham and utensils.

Schedule
11:00 am - A puzzle solving presentation
1:00 PM - Gsack presentation.
2:30 PM - Dish Carry in dinner - please bring a dish to share.
3:30 PM – Games for all ages and prizes will be awarded
5:00 PM - Optional gift exchange for the adults and children.

As the day’s excitement heightens and the party draws closer to the end, we will have the gift exchange for the adults and children.

IMPORTANT

To all that are planning to attend: PLEASE list what dish or dessert you are planning to bring, so we may put it on the event cache page for all to see, so that we can have a variety of food.

To all that wish to participate in the gift exchange: Please list how many in your family by male, female, boy child, girl child, teen boy or girl, so we may put it on the event cache page to make sure that there will be enough gifts for all participants. Gift minimum is $5 and maximum $8. Please mark on the gift card who the gift is appropriate for. If 3 members of your family are participating, then make sure you bring 3 gifts to exchange.

Everyone is invited! Come and join in on the conversation of the holidays and share your stories or listen to others tell theirs. Bring your coins, travel bugs and be ready for all the fun. If you have questions or ideas to share - bring those also.
