This is an urban cache in the metropolis of Smithville. Have not seen this type cache in this area, but have seen it up north in Michigan when I have cached there. Actually should be quite easy, but am grading it bit more difficult. Because of the locale, the coordinates may bounce around a bit. They did for me, but I believe the coordinates are fairly accurate. Together with the encrypted hint, it should be no problem.
The cache is "slim" and contains log only, so you will need a pen/pencil. A tweezers or small needle nosed pliers may be needed to extricate it, depending how it is returned by the previous cacher. Please take care in returning it to its hiding spot
